UPDATE: Lydia is 29 and feeling fine- back to share her story with the interwebs. Starting in either 2007 or 2008 I wrote this blog and the PKD Foundation linked it to their website so I could share my experience of my Dad's journey with Polycystic Kidney Disease, which then turned to a way to get information out about the status of his transplant. It's 2018 and I'm back and ready to chat.
